Call for Bids/Proposals

The Hayti R-2 School District requests proposals for contracted custodial services for the 2026-2027 school year. Contractors must submit their sealed bids to the Office of the Superintendent, located at 500 North 4th Street, no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, May 8, 2026. Sealed bids will be opened at 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2025, at Hayti R-2 School District Board of Education Room, located at 500 North 4th Street.
